our story

A nickname that stuck.

Spaghetti Righetti began the way a lot of good things do: as a joke that wouldn't leave. The name trailed Amanda for years. Eventually she stopped fighting it.

Underneath the name is the cooking: Italian, the way it was handed down, reworked gluten-free without losing the point of it. Each recipe is designed by her own hand, and a cookbook is on the way.
